About this Event
ROOTED in Rest: A Candlelit Fall Restoration Experience
As we transition into fall, nature reminds us that there is a season for slowing down, releasing, and making space for rest.
But in lives that so often ask us to keep moving, working, caring, building, carrying, becoming, rest does not always happen on its own. Sometimes, we have to create space for it intentionally.
ROOTED in Rest is that space.
On Sunday, October 25, Rooting by Nina invites you to an intimate, three-hour candlelit fall restoration experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and simply be.
Limited to just 20 guests, we’ll move intentionally from grounding and gentle movement into deep rest, reflection, nourishment, and connection.
Your experience will include
Ceremonial Cacao: beginning our afternoon with intention and grounding
Grounding Breathwork: settling into the body and arriving in the present moment
Yin Yoga + Restorative Sound: slow, supported postures accompanied by sound to invite stillness and release
Immersive Sound Bath: an extended period of rest surrounded by crystal singing bowls and other restorative instruments
Reflective Journaling: space to notice, reflect, and reconnect with yourself
Tea Sommelier Experience featuring Rose Glow Tearoom: a guided, meditative exploration of tea
Tea + Scones: nourishment and an opportunity to linger and connect as we close our afternoon together
You do not need to arrive feeling rested, centered, or even particularly still.
Come exactly as you are.
My hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more spacious, and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
As we enter a season that teaches us so beautifully about transition and release, may we remember that rest is part of the transition, too.
