**🍂 Rooted & Wild Women's Circles 🍂****Autumn Theme: Letting Go • Gratitude • Harvesting Wisdom**
As the seasons change, so do we.
Join our **Rooted & Wild Women's Circles** this autumn as we gather in a welcoming space to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the wisdom of the natural world.
Each week, we'll work with a different element—**Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit**—using its unique energy to guide our journey through the season.
Together we'll explore:
🌿 Guided meditation and visualisation
🍂 Folklore, seasonal traditions, and the old ways
🎨 Creative nature-inspired crafting
✨ Manifesting and intention-setting practices
🤍 Meaningful conversation, friendship, and community
This autumn, our focus is on **letting go of what no longer serves us, cultivating gratitude for all we've received, and harvesting the wisdom we've gained along the way**. As the leaves fall, we'll create space for reflection, growth, and deeper connection with our own innate wisdom.
Whether you're new to women's circles or returning to continue your journey, you'll find a supportive, inclusive community where you can show up exactly as you are.
**Choose the option that works for you:**
🍁 **Pay As You Go** – Join individual circles as your schedule allows.
🍁 **Block Book All 5 Element Sessions** – Save money while experiencing the full seasonal journey from Earth to Spirit.
Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and a little more rooted in yourself... and a little more wild.
**Root yourself in the season. Embrace your wild.**
To block book all 5 elements, simply book your first session, and I will be in touch. Block booking 5 sessions, you get one free!
Not been before, and unsure? Have a look to see if we have an Introductory session planned, otherwise, you can attend your first session on me. I look forwards to welcoming you to our little community.
