Our annual event is an exclusive opportunity at the University of Bradford as we host an off the record, region-wide economic update with the Bank of England and West & North Yorkshire Chamber.
Each year representatives from the Bank of England and West & North Yorkshire Chamber join us to provide their regional briefing.
The event provides a great opportunity for business leaders in the region to gain insights into the local economy following the publication of the Bank's Monetary Policy Report on 5th November 2026.
The report explains the reasons behind the Monetary Policy Committee's decisions and takes a comprehensive and forward looking view of the economy.
During the briefing , the Bank of England Agent for Yorkshire and Humber, presents highlights from the report and opens up a Q&A providing an excellent opportunity for you to raise issues or share comments.
Colleagues from the West & North Yorkshire Chamber will provide a short update on the Chamber's Quarterly Economic Survey.
