ROOTED
A Women's Healing Circle for Grounding, Safety + Connection
An evening of sound, movement + creative reflection

Rooted is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what it means to feel grounded, safe and supported in the life you're living.

This is not a traditional sound bath. While sound is woven throughout the evening, Rooted is an interactive women's circle combining sound, guided movement, creative expression, personal reflection and connection.

We'll begin with a short sound experience to settle into the space before exploring the evening's theme: our relationship with safety, security, belonging and the physical world around us.

From there, we'll move out of our heads and into the experience through a guided moving meditation. There are no steps to learn and no right way to move. Just an opportunity to notice, explore and respond to what comes up.

After movement, we'll shift into creative reflection with a simple mandala art practice. No artistic ability is needed. This isn't about making something beautiful or getting it "right." It's about giving what you experienced another way to be expressed.

You'll then have time for guided journal reflection before we come back together for an optional sharing circle. We'll finish the evening with another short sound experience, giving you time to settle, integrate and simply receive before heading home.

Rooted is inspired by themes traditionally associated with the root chakra: grounding, safety, stability, belonging and our connection to the physical world. But, you don't need to know anything about chakras (or even believe in them) to participate.

This is a space to experience rather than perform.
To move.
To create.
To reflect.
To connect.

And maybe leave feeling a little more rooted in yourself.

Your evening includes:
• Opening + closing sound experiences
• Guided moving meditation
• Creative mandala reflection
• Guided journaling + a journal to take home
• Optional sharing circle
• All art materials provided
