Join us for an in-person Revelation Breathwork experience exploring the Root Chakra and the journey from Abandonment → Belonging.
The Root Chakra is associated with our foundation – safety, security, connection, family, home, and our sense that we have a place in the world.
We'll begin with a short teaching and personal reflection, followed by a guided Revelation Breathwork experience using conscious connected breathing, music, and intentional inner exploration.
No previous breathwork experience is necessary.
This class is part of The Chakra Map of Healing, our twice-monthly Asheville series exploring the seven primary chakras.
Come for one class, join the themes that speak to you, or follow the whole journey.
