Root and Radiate is a thoughtfully crafted mini retreat featuring qigong, restorative yoga, sound healing, and guided reflection. Led by two trusted leaders in the local wellness community, this experience offers the perfect blend of grounding and renewal as we transition into autumn. Come nourish your body, balance your energy, and connect with a supportive community.
