Rooftop Yoga at Disko for Hurricane ReliefJoin Disko teachers buddy-style (you get two!)Dani & Jason on the roof this Sunday at 9:15am for yoga supporting the Escambia County Animal Shelter, which cares for dogs and cats in our community.
After a hurricane, animal shelters take in a surge of displaced pets, strays, and animals whose owners have lost homes or can’t care for them right away. Intakes jump while donations, volunteers, and supplies often drop, and the shelter still has to feed, house, and medically care for every animal already in its system plus the new ones.
The class is free when you show a donation receipt at check-in. Sign up in FitDEGREE, and bring your yoga mat and water. The shelter is especially in need of dog food and cat food right now. If you want to bring either, we will get it to them.
Donate any amount here: https://myescambia.com/our-services/animal-welfare/animal-shelter/donate
Matcha Girl will be set up and is donating a portion of her sales to the effort as well. Weather should be wonderful.
