About this Event
Discover powerful stories from Romania - and the universal experiences that connect us all.
The Romanian Film Festival Twin Cities returns to Saint Paul's Landmark Center November 13-15, 2026 for three days of free international cinema.
Presented by HORA - Heritage Organization of Romanian Americans in Minnesota - the festival invites audiences of every background to experience contemporary Romanian storytelling through films exploring identity, memory, family, belonging, resilience and change.
This year's theme, Stories of Us, reflects a simple idea: our lives may unfold in different places, languages and cultures, but the stories that shape us often share the same emotional threads. Through cinema, audiences can encounter perspectives rarely seen on mainstream screens while discovering the humor, complexity, creativity and humanity of contemporary Romanian life.
Whether you are part of the Romanian community, an international-film enthusiast, a curious moviegoer, or simply looking for a memorable and free Twin Cities weekend experience, you are welcome.
Every story is personal. Every story is shared. Every story is part of us.
All films are presented in Romanian with English subtitles.
