Rock the Peach: A POUND® Fitness Live EventThis is not your typical workout — and it's definitely not your typical concert.
Experience POUND® Fitness like never before as Atlanta-based POUND® ICONs Leah Koch and KaToya Sumner bring a live-band workout experience to their hometown at Wild Heaven on June 26.
POUND® is a full-body workout inspired by the energy of playing drums, combining cardio, strength training, and movement with music. For this special event, the soundtrack comes to life with Tripp’n, an electrifying Atlanta rock cover band performing LIVE while participants drum along.
Leah and KaToya are POUND® Fitness Master Trainers (ICONs) who have traveled the world teaching POUND® and bringing the energy of the program to communities and events beyond the traditional fitness studio. Now, they're bringing that experience home to Atlanta for an unforgettable evening of live music, movement, and making some serious noise.
Live Music by Tripp’n
Tripp’n is an Atlanta-based rock cover band featuring four talented musicians ages 15–18. With more than 30 years of combined musical experience, the band draws from southern rock, classic rock, alternative, and metal to deliver powerful performances and infectious energy.
Whether you're a longtime POUND® rockstar or have never picked up a pair of Ripstix®, everyone is invited. No POUND® or fitness experience is necessary. Bring a yoga mat, come ready to move, and get ready to ROCK THE PEACH!
