Welcome the holiday season with hope by supporting children at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Join us on Saturday, November 21, 2026 from 11:00AM – 5:00PM for our annual River North Pole event benefiting children at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital! Celebrate the season with a joyful holiday gathering for the whole family!
Children will meet real reindeer, share their wishes with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and enjoy festive arts and crafts, as adults sip on handcrafted seasonal cocktails and soak in the holiday spirit. All while indulging in an array of holiday delights from savory hors d’oeuvres to sweet seasonal treats.

Remember to visit the Gingerbread Express Elevator. The hotel has designated one special elevator traveling up to the hotel’s signature restaurant, Terrace 16, that will be decked in everyone’s favorite holiday indulgences – gingerbread, candy canes and more sweet treats. Envisioned by the hotel's Pastry Team, guests who ride the Gingerbread Express will be greeted by the sweet aromas of the season, celebratory holiday music and more than 1,300 gingerbread bricks made in-house. It’s the most joyful ride of the season!
Additionally, do not miss a chance to visit our Gingerbread Holiday Pop-Up Shop made out of real gingerbread & located at Terrace 16 restaurant. Offering our signature holiday spiced cookies & festive treats carefully crafted by our Pastry Team. All proceeds will benefit the children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
