Energize your body and mind with Ritual, our wellness series designed to start your week strong. This session brings the signature expertise of BODYROK for a dynamic Pilates workout that combines controlled movement, strength, and endurance to challenge your body and leave you feeling strong, centered, and empowered.
In celebration of community, connection, and a meaningful cause, tickets are available through a donation of your choice, with 100% of ticket sales donated to the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition. Your support helps fund their ongoing efforts to provide resources, education, and assistance to those impacted by breast cancer across Tennessee.
