Ritual Yin is our slow, quiet class. Long holds and deep stretches by candlelight, set to a playlist that makes you forget your inbox. No experience needed. It's the reset your body has been asking for.
What to bring:
A yoga mat, a towel, water, and comfy clothes. Blocks and straps are here for you.
Good to know:
Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Watch your inbox for a quick note from us before class.
Where:
Ritual Hot Yoga SLC, 3640 S Highland Drive, Millcreek. Right next to Westminster, and parking is on us.
