This Month’s Special Theme: Paint from the Center 🎨
Join us on Saturday, September 19 for a special guided painting session. Julie is one of our regular circle sisters and will be guiding this month’s painting session!
Many of us were taught our art wasn’t good enough, or that there was a “right” way. This gathering is a chance to set those rules down. The female body has long been wrapped in secrecy or shame. To paint it is to treat it as beauty, belonging, and something we can claim with our own hands.❤️
Painting gives the body a voice—a place to explore, release, and heal. This is an invitation back to the body through art, on your own terms. It is a reminder that we, as women, are natural creators in every part of our lives. Together, we’ll feel into our creative center and tend the energy we want to generate.
Julie will offer a follow-along process you can stay with, or leave at any moment to paint your own way. Both are welcome. Both are the point.
- No experience needed. All materials are provided.
- Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on.
- You’ll take your canvas home as a living altar piece.
- This is not about a perfect painting. No performance. No correct outcome. Just the canvas, the colors, and what moves through you.💫
About The Rite of the Womb Series
This monthly gathering offers a space to connect, heal, and celebrate your feminine essence through empowering workshops and community. The evening culminates with the Rite of the Womb, a beautiful shamanic initiation for releasing fear and ancestral pain stored in the womb space, making room for creativity and reclaiming inner power. Throughout the evening, you’ll be embraced by a supportive women’s community and sacred sisterhood, fostering connections that uplift and inspire.Event Details & Logistics:
- ⏰ Time: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- 📍 Location: Common Street Spiritual Center, Natick, MA
- 💝 Suggested Donation: $22 to $44 to support the center, workshop supplies, and the group. No one will be turned away for financial hardship. Preregistration is helpful for event preparations but not required
If you feel called, a few items you may want to bring:
- 🍎 A snack to share with the group
- 💧 A personal water bottle
- 💎 Any items you would like honored on the collective altar
- 🃏 Divination tools you work with (crystals, cards, smokes, etc.)
- 🪘 Musical instruments such as drums or rattles
- ✨ Anything else that you feel will support the space!
