In a world that asks us to keep pushing, performing, and perfecting - what would it feel like to simply be held?
Join wellness educator and Nike Trainer Rebeckah Price and nutrition Educator Idil Farah for the inaugural Rise Strong Club gathering - a 4-hour immersive experience honoring Mental Health Awareness Month.
This isn't another wellness workshop promising quick fixes. This is about coming home to your body's wisdom through practices that actually support your nervous system, your gut health, and your mental wellbeing.
What We'll Practice Together:
