Rise & Renew: Yoga and Sound Healing Fundraiser

Join the HAE Fired Up Foundation for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and community at our third Rise & Renew: Yoga and Sound Healing Fundraiser.

This donation-based wellness event will be led by Nia Acevedo, guiding participants through a grounding yoga and sound healing experience designed to support rest, connection, and renewal.

Following the session, we invite you to stay for our raffle featuring items from local businesses, along with light refreshments.

All proceeds support the Fired Up Foundation’s mission to empower survivors of sexual violence through scholarships, healing-centered events, survivor grants, and trauma-informed legal training.
