Motherhood isn’t meant to be done in isolation. Join me and other mamas for a circle centered on connection, reflection, and shared support.
This circle's theme is: Let's Talk about Sex (Really)
Together, we’ll explore how our sexuality and relationship with our bodies have shifted, and engage in warm, honest conversation about intimacy and desire.
What to Expect:
Each circle is intentionally small and capped at 8 participants to ensure a space of safety, depth, and meaningful connection. Our morning together includes:
- Guided reflection and structured sharing
- Journaling (please bring your favorite notebook and pen!)
- Embodied Movement
- Light snacks and tea to nourish your body while we talk
The Flow:
- 9:30 AM: Soft arrival & settling in
- 9:45 AM: Our Circle begins
- 11-11:15 AM: Closing connection & community buffer
Important Details:
Location: Held in my home in La Jolla, near Marine St. Beach. The exact address will be sent in your confirmation email.
Children: To support your ability to be fully present, we encourage attending solo. However, nursing or non-mobile infants are always welcome. Please arrange care for toddlers and older children.
