A "No Experience" Painting Workshop Designed for Absolute Beginners
If you're brand new to art making and don’t know where to start, this is for you! We made this Saturday workshop for the "pre-beginner"—all skill levels and first-time painters are welcome. No drawing skills required and all supplies are provided.
Learn From Scratch
This is a one-day acrylic painting workshop that will get you started with painting and fall in love with art.
We offer many beginner-friendly painting classes that are a great follow up to this workshop.
Learn to Paint Step-by-Step:
- how to use acrylic paint
- controlling the drying time for your paint
- how to layer and blend colors beautifully
- setting up your palette
- how to select the right paint colors to buy
- getting to know various tools and materials
- how to clean your brushes
- using easels
- how to store your art supplies at home
We Make Painting Easy and Fun!
We know that part of the struggle is knowing what to buy. In this art workshop, Art on 30th provides all supplies as part of your registration fee so there is no additional cost—and no shopping fatigue.
Simply show up with yourself and a smile!
Our instructors help beginners with simple instructions that anyone can do and 1-on-1 guidance.
