Join Leah Sprout and Cate Taylor at the historic Milton Schoolhouse for an intimate, supportive gathering dedicated to honoring your natural rhythms, cultivating sexual discernment, and reconnecting with your bodily wisdom. We will be moving through gentle physical practice throughout the evening—no prior yoga or movement experience is required, and all levels are warmly welcomed!

* Investment: $40 ($20 deposit before the event, other $20 paid in cash at door )

🩸 Cycle & Moon Alignment (with Leah Sprout)
* The 4 Cycle Phases: Deep dive into the menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal phases—and how to support your body through food, rest, movement, and intuitive boundaries.
* Lunar Mirrors: How our inner cycles reflect the new, waxing, full, and waning moon phases, with a special look at the energy of the upcoming Gemini Full Moon.
* Sex, Celibacy & Aftercare: Real dialogue on personal experiences with celibacy, developing sexual discernment, working with sexual energy, and practicing emotional, physical, and spiritual aftercare after intimacy.
🧘♀️ Integration, Sound & Sacred Energy (with Cate Taylor & Leah Sprout)
* Yoga & Sound Bath: Cate will lead us through a grounding yoga movement practice paired with resonant sound immersion to integrate the evening’s wisdom and drop into deep relaxation.
* Womb Reiki: To close our container, both Leah and Cate will offer gentle, supportive Womb Reiki to nourish and clear your center.
🕯️ What to Bring
* A yoga mat, cushion, pillow, and cozy blanket to sit/lie on
* A water bottle and journal/pen for notes
* Snacks
* Whatever to make you comfortable
