About this Event
Rhythmiq & Flow is a two-hour Glide & Flow roller dance experience combining structured routine training with musicality and expressive movement.
In Rhythmiq, you'll learn a roller dance routine step by step, developing your footwork, coordination, transitions, timing and confidence. Then we move into Flow, where we take the focus beyond simply remembering the routine. You'll explore how to hear the beat, connect with the rhythm and enjoy moving to the music on your skates. Together, the two sessions help you understand both the structure and feeling of roller dance.
You don't need previous dance experience, but you should have basic skating control and be comfortable moving independently on your skates.
