Rhythmic Reset Experiences are designed to help you reset your mind, body, and soul through the power of breathwork and dance.
This event is in collaboration with Bridge the Gap (BTG), an organization committed to empowering the community through knowledge sharing and connection.
We begin each class with breathwork meditation to get more comfy in the mind and body. Then it's light stretching, and finally our freestyle somatic dance party! We close out with a sound bath to bring our heart rates down for a calm ending. Expect some light discussion and reflection to keep the space feeling humanized and safe.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer who's lost their joy for dance, too busy for stress relief, or just looking to let loose, this event is open to all levels. Discover the magic of dance as a form of mindfulness and play!
