An autumnal Women’s Circle and Temple Spa Pamper in the charming characterful rabbit warren of Grade II Heritage-listed buildings on Fye Bridge in this creative oasis in the heart of our fine city
WOMENS CIRCLE @kathyhairandwellbeing taster into her deep dive sessions encouraging us to explore and lessen any emotional weight and open up discussion around our critical inner voices in a fun relaxed way where you are invited to listen and/or speak from the heart. Just pick a prompt and share your quick 60-second reaction. It’s low-pressure, uplifting and designed to help you shake-off the noise, feel connected and leave energised. Perfect for introverts, extroverts, and everyone in-between
TEMPLE SPA PAMPER @RachelKeal offers a wonderful breath and exercise ritual for the neck and shoulders with the wonderful Aaaahhh! cooling balm. Creating refreshingly soothing sensations helping to ease tension and promote relaxation, reduce stress and encourage a feeling of calm. Finishing with a beautiful, refreshing and cooling essence to inhale and apply a luxurious, silky night cream to use as part of a gentle facial massage before bed
Enjoy complementary warm drinks in the beautiful Merchants House Cafe & Bar and exquisite courtyard
