Reclaiming these potent tools of the Poetry Goddesses, in spite of countervailing patriarchal pressure, can help our poems heal and reconnect us with mothers, daughters, and our own feminine strength. This workshop with poet Annie Finch introduces key tools of poetic pattern, including principles of repetition and variation, through the perspective of the mythic feminine in sacred story, poetic craft, and our own inner and outer lives.
