You hold so much. The schedules. The needs. The emotions. The appointments. The decisions. The things everyone remembers to ask you about because somehow, Mama always knows.
But when you are the one carrying everyone else...Who holds you?
This October, REVIVE Mama is creating space for that question.
Who Holds the Mama? is an intimate evening centered on support, receiving, connection, and what it means to be cared for while caring for so many others. Together, we'll slow down long enough to explore the support we have, the places where we may be carrying more than we realize, and what being genuinely supported could look like in this season of our lives.
This isn't another conversation about everything you should be doing better. You don't need another assignment. You need room to exhale. Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, intentional activities, and connection with other mamas, you'll have an opportunity to consider:
• Who and what currently holds you
• Where you may be under-supported
• What makes receiving support difficult
• What being supported actually looks like for you
• One intentional way you can allow yourself to be held in this season
You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. There is no pressure to perform, explain, fix, or have everything figured out.
For this evening, you get to simply arrive as you are. Because Mama...you deserve somewhere to put the weight down, too.

REVIVE Mama gatherings are intentionally kept small so that the experience remains personal, comfortable, and connected.

Come as you are.
You don't have to arrive rested. You don't have to arrive put together. And you certainly don't have to arrive with all the answers. Just come. We'll make room for the Mama, too.
