This immersive sound bath is an invitation to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
Each session begins with a few moments of intention setting, followed by guided breathwork and meditation to help you arrive fully in the present moment. From there, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of seven Crystal Alchemy singing bowls, tuned to 432 Hz and aligned with the body’s seven chakras, allowing your nervous system to soften, reset, and restore.
Inspired by themes of presence, surrender, and inner alignment, each experience offers space to release stress, process emotions, and simply be.
