Return to Her is a 7-day virtual live workshop designed to help moms uncover and release the social programming and limiting beliefs that have taught them their needs don't matter. In one week, you'll begin to reconnect with the woman you are beyond your role and learn what it actually means to choose yourself.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Sunday: 2-hour live kickoff workshop (Zoom)
Monday to Friday: Daily email with a teaching, tool, and reflection (10–20 min each day)
Monday to Friday: Private WhatsApp community for connection, prompts, and support
Saturday: 90-minute live wrap-up session (Zoom) with integration, Q&A, and next steps

Sunday Live - Welcome to You
We lay the foundation. Dismantle the myth that self-love is selfish. Trace where your beliefs about your own worth actually came from. You'll write your first "I am enough" declaration as a group.
Monday - The Inner Critic & the Inner Mother
Your inner voice isn't truth, it's programming. Learn to hear the difference and begin meeting your own harshness with compassion.
Tuesday - Your Body Is Not the Problem
Unpack the belief that your body must be earned or fixed. Begin the practice of inhabiting yourself with kindness instead.
Wednesday - Boundaries Are Self Love in Action
Women are socialized to say yes. Today we look at what that costs and practice the art of choosing yourself first.
Thursday - Reclaiming Your Identity Beyond "Mom"
You had a full life before children. Interests, passions, a self that existed for no one else. She didn't disappear. Today you remember her.
Friday - Choosing Yourself, On Purpose
Self-love isn't a feeling you wait for. It's a decision you make until it becomes who you are. Today you design the daily practice that makes it stick.
Saturday Live - From Knowing to Living It
We close together. Share wins, ask every question that surfaced, and leave with a simple ritual to carry this forward.
