Return to Balance: New Moon Yoga + Sound BathRestore • Release • Receive
Join us for a grounding 90-minute experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to a greater sense of balance.
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of gentle yoga led by Bailey Rayne, using mindful movement, breath, and grounding practices to support embodiment, nervous system regulation, and intentional release.
From there, Rosie Bright & Bailey will guide you into 45 minutes of immersive sound, creating space for deep rest, reflection, and receiving.
Together, this experience is centered around three simple intentions:
Restore — reconnect with your body, breath, and center.
Release — make space for what you’re ready to let go of.
Receive — open to rest, clarity, intention, and the new cycle ahead.
