Connect to the seasons and yourself as we move through a gentle yoga class
About this Event

Part of our Wednesday evening Move, Breathe & Sing Series

Return To Balance

Join Georgina Davies of Soulful Yoga for a 90 minute evening session of movement and relaxation, designed to connect you with the seasons, your body and yourself.

Georgina teaches from the perspective that the body is one connected whole, all the different parts are intertwined and influence each other. She works with the fascia (connective tissue) throughout your body, using movement and stillness to bring myofascial release (deep relaxation to the muscles and tissues of your body) and whole body balance.

When we consider the body in this way we can help steady and centre ourselves, both physically and mentally. We can let go of old habitual tensions and move in a way that feels more at ease.

This session is part of our Wednesday evening Move, Breathe & Sing series.

The programme brings together three different ways to pause, reconnect and feel good:

MOVE - yoga, movement & deep rest
BREATHE - breathwork, somatic practice & connection
SING - breath, voice & collective expression

Come to one session, try a few, or make all three part of your Wednesday evening ritual.
