Come home to yourself on an evening designed to nourish, ground, and restore. You are invited to join Reiki Masters Sophia and Hannah for a blissful and nourishing evening, where you will be held and supported through your journey to reconnect with your heart and soul. This will include sound healing, guided meditation, journaling, and a guided Restorative Yoga practice while receiving gentle 1:1 Reiki energy healing. You will also receive a Reiki infused gift to take away and enjoy.
This is more than a class, it’s a sacred pause. A moment to be nurtured. A space to be seen. A chance to simply Be. Leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and reconnected to your breath, your body, your heart, and each other.
