Come experience an hour of Restorative Yoga for all levels, followed by a 30-minute Sound Bath located at Mosaic Yoga in Sugar House.About this Event
Join us on the second Saturday of each month from 7:00 - 8:30 PM at Mosaic Yoga (formerly The Local Co-Op) for yoga and sound with Ers. You’ll be guided through an hour of restorative yoga designed to help promote rest and relaxation with the support of yoga props like blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets; followed by thirty minutes of sound therapy to end. Mats and props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own, or anything else you know you might need for your practice.
