Restore, release, and reconnect in this deeply nourishing 60-minute restorative yoga class designed to support your fertility journey through intentional rest. This practice begins with approximately 15 minutes of gentle, beginner-friendly Hatha-inspired movement before transitioning into 45 minutes of fully supported restorative postures and an extended savasana.
Using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other props, we'll bring the ground to us, allowing the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the nervous system to settle. This practice encourages deep relaxation, helps reduce stress, gently releases tension in the body and fascia, and creates space for physical and emotional restoration.
At the heart of this series is the belief that caring for the whole person matters. We believe that holistic practices—including yoga, nourishing nutrition, massage therapy, acupuncture, and other complementary modalities—can play a meaningful role in supporting reproductive health and overall well-being alongside your fertility journey. Whether you're trying to conceive naturally, preparing for or undergoing IUI or IVF, or simply seeking a restorative practice, this class offers a welcoming space to reconnect with yourself, find community, and support your body with intention and compassion. *No experience necessary!
For a balanced fertility-supportive practice, pair this class with our Hatha Yoga for Fertility: Opening the Heart, Hips & Mind, where mindful movement, breathwork, and longer-held postures help cultivate strength, resilience, and healthy circulation before settling into deep rest.
Registration is encouraged as space is limited. Bring your yoga mat. Blocks and straps are available to support/modify all poses.
