Join us for a candle-lit restorative/yin aerial yoga trapeze session and enjoy deep stretching, spinal decompression and relaxation!
Slow movement, targeted stretching and longer holds with the support of the low-hanging yoga trapeze will nourish the body’s connective tissue, otherwise known as fascia, release tension from the muscles and joints and decompress the spine. We’ll start with relaxing breath work to let your mind unwind and finish with a guided visualization as you float and rest in the hammock. No prior experience necessary.
Cancellation Policy - PLEASE READ - Should you need to cancel your booking, please do so two hours prior to class start time. Cancellations within two hours of class start time will not be credited. If you are a monthly unlimited member, you will be charged $5 per no-show after two no-shows.
