Restorative Sound is a session created for those needing a moment to rest, reset, and reconnect, led by Meredith.You'll be gently guided into a supportive, restorative position, then a brief meditation and breathwork practice (always optional), before moving into a deeply relaxing sound healing experience featuring crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and rain drum.
