Grateful & Grounded — A Restorative Sound BathTogether, we gather for a gentle pause—an invitation to slow down, soften, and settle into the grounding energy of the season.
This restorative sound bath offers space to reflect, reconnect, and honor all we hold with gratitude.
Through breath, vibration, and stillness, you're invited to ground into the present and welcome a deeper sense of ease.
Rooted in gratitude.
Held in the season.
