Join Shell for a deeply nourishing Restorative Asana experience accompanied by the soothing live handpan and percussion music of Anton.
Restorative Yoga uses fully supported postures with bolsters, blankets, and props so that the body can completely let go.
With no effort required to hold the poses, the nervous system is invited into a state of deep rest and restoration. Gentle, mindful stretches and spacious breathing create an opportunity to release tension held in the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with a sense of inner ease.
