Join Rebeca Montero for this 2.5 hour Restorative Aerial Yoga and sound bath experience. Using the support of your yoga mat and the aerial hammock you will move through a slow sequence of restorative, relaxing poses which will leave you feeling rested and restored. After the first part of the restorative practice, Rebeca will guide you to a gentle sound meditation and an extended Savasana pose (final relaxation). She will be playing different singing bowls which create vibrations in the body relaxing the body even further.Suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced, the teacher will give clear instructions and offer modifications to poses to allow everyone feel comfortable and at ease. This restorative aerial yoga workshop will be held in a comfortable (not hot) studio.
Please wear loose clothing with sleeves (no tank tops) to protect the skin. Please avoid wearing jewellery as it may catch on the hammock.
Please note that Aerial Yoga is not recommended during pregnancy.
Payment is required to book your place. Please note that our special events and workshops are non-refundable, however you may be able transfer your place to allow someone else to attend the same workshop in your place. Please do check your availability carefully before booking your place.
Please remember to arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. If you are not signed in 10 minutes before the class starts we may offer your place to someone from the Waitlist.
We start our classes on time and lock our front door for security during class. Once a class has started, our teachers do not leave the studio, their whole attention is on the class.
