Create your own embroidered image inspired by our ‘Renaissance: Scotland and Europe’ exhibition, perfect for beginners aged 16 and up.About this Event
Learn basic stitches and have fun experimenting with colours and patterns. Taking inspiration from our exhibition, ‘Renaissance: Scotland and Europe, 1480-1630', you will create your own embroidered image to take home.
You will be working with photographic images transferred on to fabric which you can decorate using a range of embroidery techniques.
The workshop is suitable for everyone aged 16+
No experience of embroidery is necessary.
