What if you could lay down the version of yourself that no longer serves you and rise renewed? (Ego Death/Rebirth).
Rest in Peace: Phoenix Night is an immersive ancestral healing, release, and rebirth experience presented by Blue Lotus Healz at Tribe, A Healing Arts Community.
Inspired by the symbolism of death and resurrection is two-hour journey invites you to symbolically lay the old self to rest, journey inward, honor your ancestors and lineage, confront fears and patterns that may be holding you back, release what you're ready to leave behind, and rise like the Phoenix with renewed intention.
This is not about physical death. "Rest in Peace" represents the symbolic death of outdated identities, limiting beliefs, fears, habits, attachments, and patterns that have completed their purpose in your life.

Throughout the evening, you'll be guided through:
🪷 Guided Meditation & Breathwork
Ground the body, quiet the mind, and prepare to journey inward.
🕯️ Ancestral Connection & Reflection
Create intentional space to honor your lineage and become receptive to memories, emotions, imagery, intuition, wisdom, or experiences you personally understand as ancestral messages or reflections.
🌑 Shadow Work & Journaling
Explore fears, patterns, beliefs, wounds, and aspects of yourself that may be asking to be acknowledged, understood, or released.
🌙 Yoga Nidra & Deep Rest
Enter a deeply restful meditative state as you symbolically allow the old self to rest.
✨ Reiki & Sekhem Energy Healing
Receive supportive energy work throughout portions of the experience.
🎶 Sound Healing
Allow vibration and sound to accompany your meditation, rest, and inner journey.
🔥 Release Ritual
Identify what you are no longer willing to carry forward and symbolically release it.
🪽 Phoenix Rebirth & Intention Setting
Return from the journey with intention. Decide what you are reclaiming, who you are becoming, and what you are choosing to carry into your next chapter.
📓 After the Journey
You'll have dedicated time to journal what arose during your experience—feelings, memories, images, fears, realizations, insights, questions, or personally meaningful messages.
There is no "right" experience to have. You are encouraged to receive what comes up without forcing an interpretation and determine for yourself what it means to you.
Then comes the question:
