Sliding scale to make it a bit more accessible - take what you need
If you are HoH or D/deaf and would like to reserve a mat closer to Scottee get in touch
This practice requires the ability to get to the floor
You do not need to practice - you can watch, rest, draw
No touching your body or telling you how to move, all cues are verbal but you can ask for for help with blankets and props
You can leave anytime you need to
You can bring your own mat and probs if that makes you feel more comfortable
There will be music playing, the area surrounding the studio might be sometimes a bit loud - the world is loud (annoying)
Studio opens 10mins before so you have time to arrive

Venue Info
The studio is on the 2nd floor, there is no lift, but there is also no rush and we build in time to settle, catch breath and cool down
There are two toilets and a open changing room
There are yoga chairs if helpful in assisting getting to the floor
