Resonate + CreateSunday, November 8 | 3–5 PM
Serendipity Salon & Gallery | Columbia, Missouri
Give yourself an afternoon to rest, reconnect, and create.
We’ll begin with a calming sound bath led by Candice Swee, RYT-500. Settle in with a soothing eye mask as the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments invite you to slow down and turn inward.
From that restful space, artist Abbey Gorsage will guide you through a mindful torn paper collage workshop. You’ll tear, arrange, and layer papers to create a piece inspired by whatever arises. There’s no need for art experience—just curiosity and a willingness to explore. Enjoy tea from Steep & Bloom as you create.
Your experience includes:
*A one-hour sound bath and soothing eye mask
*Guided intention setting
*A torn paper collage workshop with all materials provided
*Tea service by Steep & Bloom
Please bring a yoga mat and any props that will help you feel comfortable. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in; the sound bath will begin promptly at 3 PM.
