Repose is an intimate, single-session workshop crafted to deeply calm your nervous system, release physical tension, and create a sacred space for true rest. Led by Brittany and Marley, this nurturing group experience offers a rare opportunity to step away from daily demands, slow down completely, and allow your body to recharge and restore from within.
During the session, Brittany will lead you through gentle, fully supported Restorative yoga asanas (poses) and grounding breathwork to quiet the physical and mental body. While the group settles into these restful, supported postures, each participant will take turns rotating out for a dedicated, ~20 minute individual chair massage with Marley, focusing on the back body, arms, and hands. This unique combination of mindful movement, soothing touch, and quiet stillness creates a deeply peaceful atmosphere for relaxation and renewal.
Absolutely no yoga experience is necessary—beneficial to all bodies and appropriate for all levels. Just come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and give yourself permission to pause.
What to Expect & Class Structure:
Grounding & Reflection: Centering breathwork to ground the mind and witness ourselves exactly where we are.
Restorative Stillness: A series of gentle, supported restorative poses held with comfort and care for deep relaxation and stress relief.
Individual Chair Massage: A personalized, 20-minute one-on-one chair massage with Marley during the practice.
Intermission: Light refreshments and a bio break.
