Join us at Rent Smart Devon on Tuesday 3rd November 2026 (National Landlords Day). This free to attend event, will host exhibitions from specialist companies covering many aspects of property management, as well as support organisations, available to help smooth the tenancy pathway. There will be a range of experts on hand to answer your questions on the Renters' Rights Act.
Doors open at 2pm for networking with presentations starting at 3pm. The 4 bitesize presentations with a question and answer session will focus on the Renters' Rights Act and it's impact on:
- Enforcement: The key legal changes and compliance requirements offering insights into the new legal landscape for landlords, their obligations and how to remain compliant.
- Tenancy Management: Tenants rights and enhanced protections and understanding the new rights and protections afforded to tenants.
- Possession: Navigating the new possession processes.
- There will be additional presentations on HHSRS and Finance.
