About this Event
This journey is for those who sense that there is more to who they are than the self they have come to know. For those who are willing to do the work to look beyond conditioning, reconnect with their deeper nature, and remember the wisdom that lives below the surface.
Through somatic breathwork, energetic clearing, expansion and nervous system integration, we hold space for deep remembrance. In this space, we invite you to reclaim your connection to your own power, your inner knowing, and the truth of who you are.
Our role is to create a grounded, compassionate space in which you can meet yourself honestly and without judgment. This journey is thoughtfully held as a non-touch experience, with any necessary touch approached with care, clear communication, and consent. It offers space to reconnect with your breath, deepen your awareness of the body's subtle sensations, and explore the stillness that allows a deeper connection to emerge.
Christopher guides the breathwork, supporting you as you enter into a deeper relationship with your body, breath, and inner landscape. Fiona works with the energetic fields within and around us, bringing awareness to the subtle dimensions of our experience.
Together, we hold a space where breath, energy, and consciousness can meet. Allowing you to listen more deeply, discover what is ready to be seen, and give what has long been held beneath the surface the time and space to unfold at its own pace.
We recommend bringing: • Yoga mat • Journal • Water • Wearing comfortable/loose clothing • Ear plugs (as needed) • Any sentimental or comfort items
