What if the way you've been taught to understand yourself is only part of the story?Join us as we consider the relationship between consciousness, perception, stress, the body, and the unseen patterns that shape our experience of life.
Drawing inspiration from ancient wisdom, somatic awareness, and the understanding that we participate in a living field of consciousness and possibility, we'll invite you into a different way of seeing yourself.
The time that we spend together will unfold in two complementary experiences.
The first offers a foundation of ideas and perspectives that invite a deeper understanding of consciousness, the body, and our participation in the patterns that shape our lives.
The second is The Living Field, an immersive experience where guided meditation, somatic practice, and embodied awareness create space for direct observation, personal insight, and integration.
One invites understanding.
The other invites embodiment.
Together, they cultivate greater coherence between mind, body, and consciousness, moving beyond information into lived experience.
If you've been sensing that there is more beneath the surface, perhaps this is your invitation to remember your divinity.
