About this Event
This session begins with a short, guided meditation to reconnect with nature and release what no longer serves you as we gather near the Full Moon (set to peak on 9/26). Experience an extended Crystal Bowl Sound Bath complemented by other instruments. This healing journey is meant to support your physical and emotional well-being.
*Please give yourself plenty of time to find parking and get settled so that we may start on time. Doors are locked at start of event. Dress in layers for warmth. There are plenty of mats, and some blankets (these tend to run out during colder months) and pillows to use at the studio. Feel free to bring whatever you need for maximum comfort as this is important (ie. pillow, mat, blanket, eye mask).
* *You are welcome to park in the A-boy plumbing parking lot on the corner of NE 40th and Broadway after 6pm.
***I always set up an altar space so please bring a small item to place on it during the sound bath to honor someone/something, set an intention or infuse with good energy <3
