Join VibeHigh Breathwork for a 1 hour transformational breathwork journey. Are you ready to unlock a deeper sense of peace, clarity, and vitality? We're thrilled to invite you to an immersive Breathwork experience that will guide you through the powerful process of concious breathing.
Unlike the slow, calming breathwork, transformational breathwork uses a specific, guided breathing pattern to intentionally move you into an altered state of consciousness — one where the analytical, guarded part of your mind steps back, and stored emotion and tension that your body has been holding can finally surface and release.
This is powerful for a simple reason: your body keeps score of everything it hasn't fully processed — old grief, old fear, old versions of yourself you outgrew but never fully let go of. That unprocessed material doesn't just sit quietly. It shows up as the invisible resistance you feel when you try to move toward a goal, a relationship, or a version of your life that requires you to be different than you've been.
Breathwork doesn't force anything. It simply gives your body permission — and the physiological conditions — to release what it's ready to release.
Following your breathwork journey which will last 40-45min, Janine will have you to "come back" and rest for an additional 15-30min to allow time for your conscious mind to process your journey.
