Our Relaxed Vintage Christmas Grotto Experience has been specially designed for families who would benefit from a quieter environment, and is appropriate for children on the autistic spectrum, those with sensory conditions, who are neurodiverse or have other additional needs.Meet Father Christmas.
Your visit begins in our charming 1940s-inspired North Pole Plotting Room, where Father Christmas’ helpers are making final preparations for Christmas Day.
Families will be welcomed by friendly characters who will gently guide them through the experience before meeting Father Christmas himself and receiving a special gift to take home.
Children are welcome to engage in whatever way feels comfortable for them, whether that means chatting with Father Christmas, observing quietly or simply enjoying the festive surroundings.
