About this Event
Mae’r Deml Heddwch ac Iechyd yn un o dirnodau dinesig mwyaf adnabyddus Caerdydd, ond straeon pwy mae'n eu hadrodd?
Ymunwch ag ymchwilwyr, myfyrwyr a phartneriaid cymunedol am ddiwrnod yn archwilio Gorffennol Dadleuol, Dyfodol Cynhwysol, arddangosfa dan arweiniad myfyrwyr sy'n ail-ddehongli'r Deml drwy lafur rhyweddol, llifau deunyddiau trefedigaethol a hanesion sy'n cael eu hanwybyddu. Drwy ymchwil pensaernïol, deunyddiau archifol, ffilm, modelau a dylunio, mae'r prosiect yn edrych ar sut mae syniadau o heddwch, iechyd a choffa wedi'u llunio dros amser.
Darganfyddwch sut mae cyfraniadau menywod, cadwyni cyflenwi byd-eang a chysylltiadau trawsddiwylliannol wedi dylanwadu ar yr adeilad a'i ystyron. Dysgwch sut mae myfyrwyr wedi gweithio gyda chasgliadau treftadaeth a phartneriaid cymunedol i greu ffyrdd newydd o ddeall gorffennol y Deml a dychmygu ei dyfodol.
Mae'r digwyddiad yn cynnwys teithiau tywys, uchafbwyntiau arddangosfeydd a chyfleoedd i drafod treftadaeth, hunaniaeth, perthyn a lles yn y Gymru gyfoes.

The Temple of Peace and Health is one of Cardiff's most recognisable civic landmarks, but whose stories does it tell?
Join researchers, students and community partners for a day exploring Contested Pasts, Inclusive Futures, a student-led exhibition that reinterprets the Temple through gendered labour, colonial material flows and overlooked histories. Through architectural research, archival materials, film, models and design, the project examines how ideas of peace, health and remembrance have been shaped over time.
Discover how women’s contributions, global supply chains and cross-cultural connections have influenced the building and its meanings. Learn how students have worked with heritage collections and community partners to create new ways of understanding the Temple's past and imagining its future.
The event includes guided tours, exhibition highlights and opportunities for discussion about heritage, identity, belonging and wellbeing in contemporary Wales.
