This Business in the Community event hosted in collaboration with The Crown Estate will be sharing insights from the winners of this year's The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality.
During this event, you'll hear the latest insights from this year's awards, including where organisations are making the greatest progress and the challenges that remain in achieving gender equity in the workplace. We'll also facilitate a discussion on the key factors that support gender inclusion at work.

The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality is the UK’s most highly profiled and well-established listing of employers taking action to create more gender-equal workplaces. Since 2011, the flagship award has aimed to recognise and celebrate organisations that are embedding gender equality at all levels of their organisation and are proactively committed to dismantling barriers to progression, ensuring all genders can thrive.
BITC’s Gender Equality Campaign exists to maintain momentum and accelerate progress towards gender equity, future-proofing workplaces where inclusion and truly equal opportunity is no longer the exception but the rule.
