Reiki Yoga is that invitation.
It's the rare and beautiful blend of gentle restorative movement and hands-on (or hands-off) Reiki healing -- where your only job for an entire hour is to rest, receive, and let your nervous system remember what safety feels like. Kelley Apple and guest Reiki Masters hold the space while calming energy moves through the room, soothing what's been frazzled, rebalancing what's been thrown off, and quietly bringing you back home to yourself.
This isn't a class you power through. It's a class you surrender into. You'll leave feeling softer. Slower. A little more like you again -- the version of you that existed before the calendar got loud and your shoulders forgot how to drop.
Wednesdays, $60 per session. Preregistration required because space is limited and sacred.
