Maria and Levin welcomes you to HART Hotel Shoreditch, into a peaceful and beautiful setting where the soothing resonance of frosted and Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls works alongside hands on reiki.
Held within one of East London’s most distinctive boutique hotels, this immersive experience blends energy healing and sound therapy to offer deep relaxation, energetic reset, mental clarity, emotional release, and a profound moment of stillness — supporting full nervous system regulation.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a gentle individual aura smudge to clear and prepare your energy. You will then settle onto a comfortable futon mattress, allowing your body to fully relax as you are supported.
Maria will create a sound journey using frosted and Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, layering harmonic frequencies that work on both subtle and physical levels. As the soundscape unfolds, Levin will offer hands-on Reiki, primarily working at the crown chakra and intuitively where needed, channeling healing energy to support deep relaxation and energetic alignment.
The synergy of crystal sound and Reiki invites you to release tension, recalibrate your system, and restore balance to mind, body, and spirit.
Before closing, you are invited to pull an oracle card, receiving a moment of reflection and personal guidance to carry with you beyond the session.
